The 6th Edition of the Sri Lanka MICE Expo 2026, organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment and Tourism of Sri Lanka and the Sri Lanka Convention Bureau (SLCB), is scheduled to be held from 05th to 09th October 2026 in Colombo, with the purpose of showcasing Sri Lanka’s diverse opportunities, facilities and capabilities particularly for MICE to international buyers and industry stakeholders.

The expo is expected to host 115 international participants (i.e. 100 hosted Buyers including MICE Agents, Corporates and Association Head; and 15 international media representatives).

All application will be screened by SLCB to select those that can potentially generate future business and can contribute to growth of Sri Lanka’s MICE industry.
Prospective Hosted Buyer applicants need to demonstrate their experience in organizing international events outside their respective countries. Those selected will be provided with a comprehensive hosting package:
